Purpose: Quick delivery and review, branching courses, gamification.
May include: Video, audio, Gif, embedded widgets, quiz, technical writing
Refrence Tools

Not all learning happens in an LMS. Reference tools can act as a learning job aid. This tool is used to get new employees used to how the company operates so they can convey this information to a customer.
Software: Google, Microsoft, Etc.

Project Management
There are many steps to creating professional learning content. This all needs to be organized, reviewed, and reported to stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Here is an example of a large project in excel format for ease of viewing. This can be done in any project management software.
Learning Plans
Some projects start when the needed content is mapped to job functions and priorities (Ex. KPIs). Here is an example of a learning plan map for skills and information. This can be displayed in a bubble map, course catalog, or onboarding packet.
